In this thought-provoking book, author L. Mason Jones brings to light the incredible mysteries that have been revealed in ancient literature and archaeological discoveries - anomalies that point to the existence of advanced human cultures who lived much further back in time than traditional archaeology, or the Bible, would have us believe. These stories of ancient human ingenuity are hinted-at in ancient writings and in orally-transmitted folklore, and are evidenced in archaeological sites and artifacts from across the globe and on every continent. Did you know, for example, that ancient Indian texts contain stories of wars that seem to have ben nuclear in their devastation? That many ancient cultures have texts that describe automatons? And that mechanisms thought to have been invented in the sixteenth century have been found as archaeological finds that are as old as 2,200 years? And the evidence goes far, far further back still. This book is perfect for anyone who is ready to open their minds to the possibilities that the ancients were far more modern, and far more ancient, then we have hitherto dared to believe.
