Alex Strauss is a writer, coach, and certified Natural Mindfulness guide whose work is accredited by the International Mindfulness and Meditation Alliance. She is a graduate of Wake Forest University and holds an MA in Journalism from American University. Alex lives on the edge of a forest in the beautiful Piedmont region of North Carolina with a handful of her favorite people, dogs, cats, reptiles, and fish.
