Rodolf Estimé Lekogo es de nacionalidad gabonesa. Después de sus estudios en su país natal, completó una licenciatura en Sociología del Desarrollo en la Universidad de Stellenbosch en Sudáfrica. Actualmente trabaja en el Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores en Libreville en Gabón.
