Women who constitute the major segment of the society and a fulcrum around which the child is reared in the society must first be given equal rights with their men counterpart in all life's endeavors. Therefore, women should have equal access to education, industrial training, equal wages for equal work, as well as moral standard of conduct as their men counterpart which is their fundamental rights in the society.
