Autorenporträt

Douglas Lovos, nickname: the Bless One, or El Bendecido. He is a first-time author who was born in El Salvador, Central America, and moved to the United States in 1989 at the age of twelve years old. He grew in poverty under a country torn apart by a civil war. He has always been passionate about writing books, poetry, and stories about everyday people. This is his first book for children, "The Meeting of Wisdom," but he is working to hexing up more stories based on his experience in Christianity. He is a born-again Christian who has served as a Bible class teacher for young adults for many years. He loves to learn from his class more than what he can teach them. Mr. Douglas now lives in Maryland with his beautiful Dominican wife and three kids. He is a contractor by trade, but on his spare time, he enjoys taking his dogs, Ditsy and Osita, to the park. It is his dream to one day become a famous writer. He is currently working on another book for children in Spanish as one day he hopes to publish his work in both English and Spanish.
