Jean E. Tardy (M Sc Math) has extensive experience in Information Technology and R&D. He participated in the development of operational control software for the Canadian Navy. He provides consulting services in the evaluation of R&D. Jean presented the Meca Sapiens architecture at an AAAI Symposium in Palo Alto. His current interest, in relation with the Meca Sapiens architecture, is Hyper Adaptive Learning applied to dynamic system behaviour.
