Steve Gladis is both a former FBI Agent and a decorated U.S. Marine Corps officer. He teaches leadership at George Mason University as a Senior Scholar. An author of over 25 books on leadership, Dr. Gladis works with businesses, associations, and U.S. government agencies, and he speaks regularly at conferences and corporate offsites. He also donates a significant portion of his income back to the community. For decades, he and his family have been summer vacationers at Rehoboth Beach—where he wrote his first novel: The Manipulation Project.
