The book titled The Management of the Movement of Amateur Artists, a necessity of the present university consists of nine subtitles, these are related to the foundations of the process of the management of the movement of amateur artists in the Faculty of Infantile Education of the University of Pinar del Río "Hermanos Saíz Montes de Oca". The proposal allows readers to reflect on the importance of the artistic development of the amateur artists' movement, paying special attention to the skills and abilities thatare developed in students through the systematic practice of art.
