T.C Mason is a Washington, DC native who specializes in the total wellness of the individual. She utilizes clinical therapy, fitness (movement & exercise), crafts, and music (singer/songwriter) to assist and empower people to maximize their potential to be their best selves. She is a beautiful professional weirdo who believes in doing what she loves. She received her master's degree in social work from the University of Pittsburgh and returned to DC and worked as a social worker for a number of years. T.C was promoted to program manager of a prestigious foster care agency, but resigned to pursue her happiness and music career. Since retiring from foster care, she continues to work as a clinical therapist, wellness and fitness consultant, and vocalist. She has been in the mental health field for over 12 years and has a private practice where she counsels diverse populations: children, youth, individuals, couples, and families. She also teaches fitness classes and is a singer/songwriter who has recorded five albums and performs across the nation. She enjoys crafts and is a wife to a wonderful husband and mother of 6 children. T.C utilizes her expertise in clinical counseling to facilitate different mediums to encourage people to accept and enjoy the beauty and uniqueness of their own peculiarities. T.C's passion is to help everyone to embrace their uniqueness. Afterall, we are all beautifully unique and so we are all beautiful weirdoes.
