Austin Belanger is married to his wife Karen and father to four excellent young men. He has also been blessed with ten beautiful grandchildren, two of whom have gone to heaven before him. Austin retired from the United States Marine Corps in 2005 and began a career in Information Technology.Austin is a writer of many things. A published poet and member of several online writing communities, Austin published his first novel, "The Champion of the Golden Queen," in 2018 and followed it up with the sequel, "In the Shadow of the Great White Wall," in 2019. His third novel, "The Long Run to Redemption," is the third in a series of medieval fantasy novels collectively called "The Tales of the Ert."
