While raising her son and daughter, Jessica Parra Rafael writes songs for them. She wanted a children's book for her kids that had animal sounds, so she created one herself. The Little Frog is one of the favorite songs that she wrote. A military wife, Jessica has lived her whole life in Los Angeles.
