Autorenporträt
Linda Charles Fishman has both a B. and M.A. degree in English and has taught as a professor of Literature and Writing in several New Jersey colleges. Primarily, it is her role as Grandmother to four daughters and now a grandson that inspired her to write a series of illustrated books for children. The author wanted to see more "younger looking" grandparents portrayed in the books her grandchildren loved to read and therefore she decided to write them herself.
