Autorenporträt
Richard Polton grew up in Paterson, New Jersey. He was born in the Barnert Hospital and attended the Paterson public schools. Polton studied American History at Columbia University, where he wrote about the Paterson Pageant of 1913 as a senior paper. He studied architecture at the Rhode Island School of Design and city planning at MIT. Polton is a founding principal of Value Research Group, a real estate valuation and consulting firm in New Jersey and he specializes in issues of affordable housing and urban redevelopment. www.fredwesleywentworth.com
