Askarova Manzura Bakhtiyor qizi est né en 1994 en Ouzbékistan. Son premier livre "Amir Temur's add to world culture" a été publié en 2011. Jusqu'à présent, 30 articles scientifiques de Manzura ont été publiés dans le monde entier. Elle est actuellement étudiante en doctorat à l'université d'État de Namangan. Son superviseur scientifique est Abdurakhmanov Shavkatjon Ashurovich.
