Autorenporträt
As an avid reader from an early age, I discovered wonderful worlds of pure imagination through books. I have put pen to paper by way of greeting card verses, newsletters, local magazine articles and website narratives. I have attended writing classes and publishing seminars with Jean Tuomey, Morag Prunty and Dermot Bulger. I have lived on the west coast of Ireland for almost two decades of with my husband Simon, black Labrador Chuck and black Cat Jay Jay O'Katcha. I enjoy reading to local primary schools. I am a volunteer at Roddy Doyle's "Fighting Words" creative writing collaboration classes.
