Autorin und Illustratorin ist die Gestalt- und Traumatherapeutin (Somatic Experiencing®) und Diplom-Mathematikerin Kati Bohnet. Sie arbeitet mit Kindern, Jugendlichen und Erwachsenen in ihrer Praxis in Berlin. Sie ist Gründerin und Leiterin des Bildungs-zentrums helpers circle, in welchem sie Helfende durch vor Ort und online stattfindende Workshops, Fortbildungen und regelmäßige Gruppenangebote stärkt, das Wissen um Selbstregulation und Selbstschutz für sich selber und andere anwenden zu können, damit sie langfristig gut und gesund helfen können.
