Slavko Bogdanovic, LL.D. (1995) University of Novi Sad, Serbia, independent researcher, served as a member of the ILA Water Resources Committee. He has published monographs and articles on water law and environmental law, including International Law of Water Resources: Contribution of the International Law Association (1954--2000) (Martinus Nijhoff, 2001).
