Hence their real influence on the population, which varies from one individual to another according to their level of education.

Louis Théophile Ewane es un joven doctorando camerunés que estudió en la Universidad de Douala en la Facultad de Ciencias Jurídicas y Políticas, opción Estudios Internacionales.
