The concept in this book reveals some of the elements of SRM which were extremely important to Ghanaian manufacturing firms. The importance of the elements of SRM to the Ghanaian manufacturing sector appeared in the following order: Resourcing, Technology,Segmentation, Accountability, Process and governance.Therefore, manufacturing firms in Ghana dedicate more energies and resources into developing and maintaining effective SRM systems.

Mr. OWUSU-BEMPAH GODFRED, B.B.A (Marketing), M.B.A. (Supply Chain and Logistics), He is a Lecturer at All Nations University College, Koforidua-Ghana(W/A). Besides having a brilliant academic career, he is actively involved in teaching and research. He regularly contributes articles to the national and international journals.
