In today's society, the success of any organization depends on the effectiveness of its employees because the current economic system is focused on the service industry. Employers want to see active, intelligent employees, able to withstand the most difficult and stressful situations. That is why one of the most basic professional qualities of a manager is stress resistance, the ability to overcome it correctly and to be ready for such situations in advance. In modern society such employees become less and less. The study of coping strategies in managers has a particular relevance due to the high expression of psychological ill-being of the population with a large number of stressful situations experienced, not excluding the economic crisis. Stress, especially chronic, leads to gradual exhaustion of internal resources, disruption of vital functions and to further disorders, somatic and mental illness. It is very important to note that this problem is insufficiently studied, which determines its relevance today.
