Does a woman feel better with a new pair of shoes? We all know the answer to that question. Any person feels better when they have something new or maybe their favorite dessert. As a coach I learned that by putting new uniforms on your team they tend to play better. Look good feel good makes a person want to play hard for the people watching them. It is not hard to look at students taking a test, with very warm room temperature on a hot day, and know that their testing abilities are not at their best. It is hard for any person to perform at a high standard if they are not comfortable. Room temperature, to hot or too cold, will affect how a person performs or learns. If you are too hot, learning is the last thought on your mind.
