The recent emphasis on organisational change in global research needed to be complemented by in-depth analyses of the competitive business models, which provided and guided access through the theoretical domains. According to the forthcoming digital transformation era, global corporations have to apply constant innovative strategies in order to maintain their global competitiveness.

Dr.Takacs holds two PhD degrees in Linguistics and Business Administration. She is an Assistant professor at Sapientia Hungarian University of Transylvania and CEO in a multicultural region with the ability to accomplish business excellence driven by innovation management. Her research interests are innovative interdisciplinary academic teaching.
