Due to rapid growth in the CG sector and especially in the 3D architectural animations, their employees have very good career opportunities. With this increased demand of technical and experienced people in this architectural animations sector, employee turnover problem increases in this sector. The situation has made the companies in the CG sector to cautiously review its human resource policies. In fact, organizations invest heavily to attract, recruit and then train the employees. So, after all these efforts, losing employees cause a great loss to the organizations. Therefore, there is a much need to identify the factors stimulating the employees to quit the organization.
