This study addresses the issue of education of deaf children, which is the primary responsibility of parents. However, we note that the majority of them do not attach importance to it, to the point that the deaf child does not benefit from the same opportunities as the hearing children of his siblings. This can be observed in particular by the high level of illiteracy of the Deaf, the weak collaboration of the parents with the professionals who take care of the deaf children in order to ensure the psycho-pedagogical support necessary for the positive evolution of the child, the weak involvement of the parents as much in the medical care as in the socio-professional reintegration of their deaf child. Indeed, very few parents pay school fees, they do not contribute either to the organization of extracurricular activities for the development of deaf children, the latter remain at the Centre Village Bondeko Libanga as long as possible, they have no place in their family, perhaps even for the meals, they return to their home. They do not have a place in their family, maybe not even for meals, they go home only to sleep.
