Leo Babauta is the creator of Zen Habits, and author of the Zen Habits book as well as Essential Zen Habits. He has helped thousands of people change their habits, simplify their lives and practice mindfulness through his blog and his Sea Change membership program. He lives in Davis, California with his wife and six kids (several of whom are now adults!). He's a vegan, and enjoys running, reading, meditating, lifting weights and hiking.
