Saka Bemshima é da área do Governo Local de Guma do Estado de Benue. Frequentou a Escola Primária L.G.E.A Ukpiam e o Colégio Comunitário Yonov Ikpayongo. Obteve as seguintes qualificações: Diploma em Gestão de Pessoal,2002; B.Sc Ciência Política 2012 e M.Sc Relações Internacionais e estudos estratégicos 2018 da Universidade Estadual de Benue Makurdi.
