Jamie Carragher was born on 28 January 1978 and after making his way through Liverpool's youth ranks, made his debut for the first team aged eighteen. He played over 700 games for Liverpool, the 2nd most of any player in the club's history, winning the Champions League as well as 10 other major trophies. He also made 38 appearances for England. Since retirement, Jamie has gone on to become one of the country's top football pundits and analysts. He was voted 'Pundit of the Year' by the Football Supporters Association in 2016, 2017 and 2019, and was part of the Sky Sports team that won the RTS Award for Best Sports Programme for Monday Night Football. He is also the host of the number one podcast, The Greatest Games.
