This is the third book in an imaginative trilogy about one man who crashed in the Andes and goes on an unbelievable adventure. He encounters an array of creatures and humankind in his travels. There are natural, social and religious aspects to his journey as well as supernatural, God-like features in an odyssey through space and fusion with the Creator. The romance is human. Some of the story is based upon facts and legends from a sweep of the world. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Edward Beeby, the author of this trilogy, lives in Suffolk, England. He enlisted in the Army in 1960 and became a Sergeant, and in 1978 joined the Rhodesian air force as a parachute instructor. From 1982 - 1989 he joined the Northamptonshire Fire Brigade and since then has engaged in charity work and archaeology. "Fires of Eternity" was conceived in the Kalahari Desert, a place to evoke deep imaginings, especially when one is alone and in the aftermath of four years of war.
