Autorenporträt
Pauline Tait is a multi-genre author, living and writing in Perthshire, Scotland. Her writing spans the ages as she writes both fiction novels for adults and children's picture books.Currently working on several projects, Pauline is looking forward to introducing a brand-new picture book character. Currently with the illustrator, this character has been a pleasure to create, and Pauline has already planned her future antics! But, first, she has a novel (or two) to finish!Although the two genres couldn't be more different, Pauline enjoys switching between the two and her approach to writing them differs greatly, with both being a pleasure to write.Writing has allowed Pauline to reach out and encourage children through school, library, and bookshop visits as well as festival events. Having worked in learning support, Pauline is passionate about our children's futures and welcomes these opportunities to encourage children in their own reading and writing: after all, both are essential to future learning. With a love for all things family, gardening, baking and travelling, Pauline also enjoys photography and runs the Dabbling In Photography page on Instagram. You can follow Pauline's writing and events calendar via her website www.paulinetait.com
