After the commencement of GERD since April 2011, Egypt was opposing the GERD. Egypt till believes that the "Nile is a gift of Egypt" rather than accepting the Nile as a gift of all Nile basin states resource. Again not, ready to accept amendments to colonial agreements.However; the best solution for Ethiopia to stop the dispute and transfer to cooperation with Egypt is completing the dam and ready herself for negotiating in a win-win approach as well as using the common water reasonably, equitably since the building is reach beyond 85%.

He took BA in History from Dilla University, in 2004 and his MA in Population and Socio-Economic Development Planning from Adama Science and Technology Science in 2015. Finally, he took his PhD in Diplomacy from the University of International Business and Economics, China in June 2023.
