The Saudi Vision 2030 is deemed as a socio-economic transformation program, launched in April 2016. the vision aims to reduce the historic dependence of the kingdom on oil and to diversify its economy. This program is based in particular on a transfer of the growth relay to the private sector and to non-oil activities. The Saudi Vision 2030 is structured around 12 operational programs. This book is considered as an opportunity to highlight Saudi Arabia's strategic orientation toward entrepreneurship development. According to the report of Global Entrepreneurship Monitoring related to Saudi Arabia (GEM, 2018), 33% of the Saudi population expressed their intention to run a new business within three years.
