As the first international student to achieve a Doctorate having completed all awards at USQ, he joined Open Access College at USQ as an academic staff in 2008. He is currently a member of KAREC at UNSW, APACALL, a Reviewer of the International Journal of Pedagogies and Learning and the National Conference for Enabling Educators.
