Sebastian Stumblebum is the pseudynom for John Phillips. John also writes under the name of Lawrence Dracut, although these books are for an adult audience. When writing as Sebastian, all John wants is to bring happiness and smiles to the faces of his young, and hopefully still optimistic, readers. Those children who still believe that older people know what is best, and who are unaware of the real world they will ultimately inherit. In the new issue of The Enchanted Island of Mythynys, Sebastian has worked with Cerys Edwards a brilliant young illustrator who is able to turn her hand to a variety of subjects. Cerys loves to create fun and whimsical, colourful artwork that can bring out the true essence of a story in a visually appealing way. She has worked in areas which include creating illustrations for children's books, social media content, merchandise, greetings cards and much more. When it come to John's alter ego of Lawrence Dracut, here he uses his writing in an attempt to make the adults of this planet aware of the frailty of our existence. He also comments on society, the illusion we call civilization, and the real probability of the extinction of mankind. As Lawrence, John has a wicked sense of humour but can be sarcastic sometimes when necessary.an
