Dr. Joy holds B.S. degrees in Mathematics and Elementary
Education and M.S. degrees in Experimental Psychology and
Special Education, with a concentration in Neuroscience. Her
Ph.D is in Research, Measurement, Statistics and Evaluation. She
is currently a university professor and consultant residing in
Charles Town, WV.
