Diyala Abdlrasul is an American Palestinian who has gained a Masters of Science in Public Policy, from the University of Bristol, and obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Marketing from Birzeit University in the West Bank. During her studies, she has dedicated her efforts into researching poverty in the West Bank and Gaza Strip.
