The aim of this paper was to create awareness to educators; teachers, lecturers' and all other education stakeholders to embrace computers/ICT use in classroom management as well as general school management practices. The paper shows the need for education institutions in Kenya fast track the provision of necessary ICT infrastructures. The paper gives an elaborate discussion on advantages and disadvantages of using computer in education. Among the advantages includes; Computer utilization enhances learner understanding and sustains learners interest making such a learner more academically focused and manageable, computer store a lot of information and learners retrieve such information any time they need it, CCTV cameras utilization in education enhances security of education institutions.
