My ten years working knowledge with the National Health Insurance Authority places me at a high positon to advice on systems to improve health insurance policies especially in developing economies in various ways. This piece of work can also be use as a guide for future research and data collection in evaluating the impact or effects of capitation as provider payment method. Being self-motivated with drive to succeed, I wish to develop my skills and knowledge to permit me consult for the United Nations in this field to help countries and humanity.
