About the Author Annette Nawls is married to Adrian Nawls, who is a United States born citizen. She became a United States citizen in July of 2013. She and her husband have four children, ages six to 16 years old, and also were foster parents to three other children while living in Scotts County, Dakota County, and Canva County, Minnesota. Nawls has a Bachelors in Hotel Administration, graduating from Mankato State University in 2013 with a second Bachelor's degree. I am also an advocate in Olmsted County working with sexual assault victims.
