Rositza (Rossi) was born in Smolyan, Bulgaria. Rossi has earned MA degrees in Political Science, German Philology, and Netherlands Studies from Westfälische Wilhelms-Universität, Germany. She also has a MA Degree in Communication from Wake Forest University, USA. Rossi speaks several foreign languages ¿ Bulgarian, Russian, German, Dutch, English.
