Serge SIKA Ngonda, a computer scientist by training, began his career as a researcher in budgeting techniques when, in 1995, he came up against a serious problem in forecasting management, due to the lack of an appropriate management tool. So he embarked on a field of research that led to the birth of the Dewaz Method.
