Autorenporträt
David Cross fue el Subdirector Internacional de Ellel Ministries y el Director Regional de Ellel Ministries para Europa Occidental. En 1969, David se graduó como ingeniero civil de la Universidad de Nottingham. Tuvo una carrera laboral muy variada, que incluyó la construcción de carreteras y puentes en las Tierras Altas de Escocia. A principios de la década de 1980, supervisó la construcción de un nuevo desarrollo urbano en el área de los Nuevos Territorios de Hong Kong. Fue ahí donde entregó su vida a Jesús, lo cual produjo un gran cambio personal y de dirección en su vida. Al regresar a Escocia en 1984, David se volvió muy activo en la vida de la iglesia y dirigió recorridos de esquí en las montañas Cairngorm. Como anciano de la Iglesia de Escocia buscó promover el ministerio cristiano de sanidad en las Tierras Altas. Junto a otros miembros de la iglesia local se pusieron en contacto con Ellel Ministries en la sede principal de Ellel Grange, cerca de Lancaster, Inglaterra.David y su esposa Denise, tienen tres hijos y ocho nietos que brindan mucha alegría en medio de vidas muy ocupadas. Además de la emoción de compartir la verdad de Dios a través de la enseñanza y la escritura, a David le encanta caminar y la fotografía.
