Akatukunda Joel Kakuru is a Legal Associate at Ahimbisibwe & Agaba Company Advocates (Uganda). He studied Bachelors of law at Uganda Christian University Mukono, has a Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Law Development Centre (Uganda). He participated in the JESSUP International Law Moot Court Competition before the ICJ, March, 2009
