It is divided into two (02) main parts:- the presentation of FICOD-B/East and its procedures for obtaining financing- the impact study of the activities of the Infrastructure Component.Each part has two (02) chapters.the document was able to highlight the enormous contribution of FICOD in the realization of a certain number of socio-economic infrastructures for the benefit of these communes. The amounts injected are enormous with nearly 5,857,477,550 FCFA, or about 9,000,000 euros.
