In this article we analyzed the foundations of human rights, projecting a pedagogical scope. With the desire to enhance the practicality of Human Rights (HR), the category of restoration of rights was taken up again and reinterpreted from an updated view of the iusnatural theory, thus allowing the correlation between theory, ideas of practicality and pedagogical projection. For this, from a hermeneutic method and a documentary analysis, the concept of restoration of rights was semantically analyzed from the juridical context. It is concluded that in the debate on the foundations of human rights there are historical iusnatural elements of continuity such as rationality, humanitarianism and social appetite. This transforms the iusnatural idea and therefore the idea of reestablishment and formation, thus overcoming the iuspositive struggle from paradigms of complexity and complementarity. Finally, some pedagogical ideas derived from this iusnatural logic are argued.
