Thus, it becomes crucial to understand how the higher educational institution should perform to attract more students. The main objective of this research is to find out the determination of students' satisfaction in higher learning. In order to complete this research, the "competitive advantage" theory from strategy management is introduced to analyze the research question. Data were gathered using structured questionnaire survey of 150 students from different schools in Universiti Sains Malaysia. Regression analysis was used to examine the relationship between competitive advantage dimensions and the students' satisfaction. The result indicates that the most significant factor that influences students' satisfaction is the quality of education and the least is the availability of latest education technology.
