We believe that we are all innately creative. And we also understand how our creativity can get sidelined due to life's many - often inevitable - demands upon our time and attention. We therefore wrote The Compass Rose with its eight cardinal points, to be the touchstones for you to explore ways to claim (or reclaim) your innate creativity. This Workbook and Reflective Journal is a constellation of what we have come to learn from our extensive work exploring creativity within our programmes, retreats, and teaching.
