Guaranteeing freedoms is an undeniable fact of life in today's increasingly democratic world. It is indeed difficult nowadays for violations of people's rights and freedoms to be perpetrated anywhere without mechanisms being put in place to denounce them. In fact, several mechanisms have now been put in place to guarantee people's rights and freedoms, including jurisdictional mechanisms. This reality, which is perceptible in most regions of the world, is not unknown to CEMAC. This justifies the study on "The community judge and the guarantee of freedoms in the CEMAC zone". To provide an anticipated answer to this question, it appeared that the CEMAC community judge participates in guaranteeing the freedoms of CEMAC populations exclusively through judicial mechanisms.
