Frank Rosillo-Calle is a Research Fellow. He obtained his doctorate from the University of Aston, UK, with an investigation of Brazil's bioethanol programme. He has published extensively on biomass energy and biomass-related areas, with over 30 articles and books, many of which refer to Brazil.
