The Challenges of Justice in Diverse Societies focuses upon the terrain where law, constitutions and diversity meet. The work explores two critical issues: relations between constitutions and diversity beyond a rights focused dialogue; and the subtle shifts made by placing justice at the heart of the consideration of law's responses to diversity. The book suggests a need for and stimulates dialogue that goes beyond rights-based talk, and that considers diversity beyond equality and human rights.
