Altbach is Professor and Director, Center for International Higher Education, Boston College. Kelly) and The Racial Crisis in American Higher Education (with Kofi Lomotey), and has authored The Knowledge Context: Comparative Perspectives on the Distribution of Knowledge, all published by SUNY Press.
